Yes. Jess offers group online songwriting and songwriting mentorship as part of her music artist development program. Artists learn how to write original songs, refine lyrics and melodies, and complete songs instead of leaving ideas unfinished.

A self-described music theory nerd, he helps songwriters master their craft through his flagship program, The Unstoppable Songwriter. A finalist on The Voice Iceland at 18, he later won Best Newcomer at Iceland Airwaves and successfully crowdfunded over $8,000 for his albums. Now based in Mannheim, Germany, he studies jazz performance, releases music with his trio, and teaches songwriting and musicianship.

Randy Emata is a veteran musician, producer, and music director with over 30 years of live and studio experience. Classically and jazz trained since age five, his genre-defying versatility has led him to tour the world, collaborate with music legends, and score Emmy- and Grammy-nominated works. Currently based in Los Angeles, Randy is known for his artist development work, signature Tuesday night residency at The Federal in North Hollywood, and for serving as Music Director/Keyboardist for Eric Benét. In 2025, Randy’s work with Eric Benét and Chanté Moore broke into the Billboard Top 10, cementing a new high point in his decades-long career. A quiet powerhouse behind the scenes, Randy continues to be a trusted creative partner for icons across jazz, funk, soul, and pop.
Anj
Anj is a professional producer and audio engineer from Toronto, Canada. Anj is breaking genre barriers, melding R&B, pop and hip-hop music into her characteristic style. From age 4, Anj was a serial musician. She had already begun playing piano and continued to master instruments, adding guitar, drums, bass, and trumpet to her arsenal. When her hunger for music led to penning original orchestration at 12, Anj quickly fell in love with music production. She credits artists like Kanye West, Dr. Dre and Russ as early influences, but finds most of her inspiration from today’s world and her own life experiences.
Monique
Monique B. Thomas is an acclaimed Philadelphia-born vocalist and international vocal coach celebrated for her mastery across jazz, soul, gospel, pop, and opera. A graduate of William Paterson University with a degree in Jazz, she later earned her Opera degree from the Bordeaux Conservatory. Formerly Head of the Vocal Department at CIAM Bordeaux, Monique has performed worldwide and collaborated with artists including Robyn Carlsson, Chimène Badi, and Cunnie Williams. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she now serves as a leading instructor with Modern Vocal Training and Profty, inspiring singers across the globe to reach their fullest potential.
